Baby attending:<\/strong>
We are happy to have a conversation with any new mothers around this on an individual basis so please contact us. One of things we encourage is that you bring a support woman to help so you can fully participate in the gathering , We would offer a discounted rate for the support person to attend.<\/p>

Small Child\/ Toddler:<\/strong>
While we would love to support mothers with young children\/toddlers to attend we are unable to do this. The campground at Staveley is just not young child\/toddler proof. There are many natural hazards on the campground including the bush area and river and the campground is not fully fenced. We believe attending the gathering with your small child\/toddler would take away the richness of your experience of the gathering<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Being Present at the Event<\/u><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Every woman\u2019s presence at the Gathering is precious and makes it special. We therefore ask that you offer your presence on-site for the whole weekend.<\/p>

While most activities are completely optional, we consider the opening and closing ceremonies to be essential to the creation and holding of the sacred energy of the Gathering that supports us all.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/u><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If for any reason you can no longer attend the Gathering, please note the following conditions apply:<\/p>

There is a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% to cover administration costs associated with each booking. This non-refundable administration fee is payable for all cancellations requested up to 10 days before the event.<\/p>

All payments become non-refundable if cancellations are received within 10 days of the gathering starting.<\/p>

Exceptions to this are if we have reached our maximum registration number, have a wait-list, and can fill your place.<\/p>

In this case, we will offer you a refund of any monies paid, less the non-refundable 25% administration fee. We can also consider this option in cases of sickness or very serious life circumstances.<\/p>

You may transfer your ticket to another person by your own arrangement, but we ask that you let us know.<\/p>

You may choose to transfer your \u2018ticket\u2019 towards payment for the next Gathering minus the non-refundable administration fee of 25%.<\/p>

\u00b7 Our event is open to all people who identify and live as women full time, and who are over 18 years of age.
\u00b7 We believe that if girls under 18 attend the Gathering, older women may not feel safe or comfortable to share deeply and openly in circle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Braided Women Gathering trust is represented by the Creation Group members, as trustees, and as such, the Creation Group members are responsible for the safety and well-being of all women attending these private events.<\/p>

The Trustees reserve the right to refuse attendance to individuals or groups. Any such refusal will be carefully considered and notified by email prior to the event. In the case where payment has already been made, a full refund would be granted.<\/p>

The Trustees may decide during an event that the behaviour of individuals or groups is inappropriate, and thus request those people to leave as soon as possible. In case any such decision is necessary, the Trustees will be guided by their concern for the safety and well being of all other attendees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
